Learn the fundamentals of editing on Wikipedia. This workshop will cover how to edit, the rules & policies, and helpful tips for contributing to the free online encyclopedia used by millions of people.

Sign up for a Wikipedia account prior to the workshop. Wikipedia restricts registration to six accounts per day on a single IP address, so you may want to attempt off campus. Participation in the workshop will be limited without an account.

This event will take place in Seminar Room 312 of Miller Nichols Library (and online), and is being offered by UMKC Libraries’ Digital Scholarship Services.
